Graduation, A Time For Reflection

As our youngest daughter is getting ready to graduate high school, it has become a bitter sweet reflection of my personal life and the journey God has allowed me to take with her.

Lessons I Have Learned in 2011

As I look back over the year, I realize that life (God is life) has given me many lessons. Whether it be in the people I have touched or have touched me, or the situations I have been placed in, times of happiness and times of sorrow.

Recovering from surgery gives you lots of thinking time. Reflecting, meditating, just thinking….

Things I Thought I would never say, do, think or drink

I am blessed, yes I know this. I have found through this surgery, that people really love me. They have told me, showed me and showered me (ok just my husband and daughter have actually showered me). I have been showered in fellowship, flowers, plants, food, cards. No money, what is that all about?

I Lost My Uterus!!!!!

Ok, I admit it. I am a wimp!!! I said it, wimp.

When it comes to: pain, shots, doctors, sitting still. Yep, WIMP!!!
