Log Home Mom's Homemade Granola

I love Granola! I hope you enjoy the 
recipe I came up with as much as I do!
Log Home Mom's Homemade Granola
Printable Recipe: LHM HomeMade Granola

3/4 cup Coconut Oil, melt
3/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
(mix together set aside)

In Large Bowl Mix:
3 cups Oats (not quick oats)
1 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
3/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Flax/Chai Seeds

Reserve for later:
1 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Dried Cherries
Mix dry and wet  ingredients together (without the berries). 

Spread on lipped cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking one hour total :
Bake at 250* for 20 minutes stir, bake another 20 minutes add berries and stir. Bake 20 minutes longer and let sit in pan until cooled. Break up and store in air tight container or jar.

    1. You did, it is put in at the last 20 minutes of baking. Please let me know how you LOVE it ;)
