Glammy x2, that is now my life. Preparing for this little did not take the effort preparing for the first grandbaby did. I think because you see the importance of the experience instead of making everything perfect for when they arrive. But I could not let her get here without giving her a grand welcoming party. 

What Makes a Mother?

Mother’s Day is a time of the year that I can’t help but to think of the mother who birthed me. I try hard the rest of the year not to. I am the mother I am today because of the mother I had. Not because she was a great mother, because I want to be everything she was not.

What Matters Most to You?

Adults often try not to make a big deal out of their own birthdays. As we get older, it is not just another day. It often is a reminder of a year gone too quickly. Things you didn’t accomplish, your children growing too fast, loosing loved ones and even ones we loved from afar. Although we don’t know our days left her on earth, God does. He knows.
